Keeping Hydrated is Key

Our bodies are made up of 55 to 60% water and our brains are 60% fat! For these reasons, it is vital to your health to drink up to 8 cups of water every day and to have a daily consumption of high phenolic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Keeping hydrated will help the kidneys flush out toxins and keeps the digestive system flowing. Drinking 8 cups of water and consuming 1 tbsp of EVOO will help to reduce the risk of many chronic illnesses, including several forms of cancer.

Need more reasons to keep hydrated with EVOO and water?

  • Nourish your skin, improve your complexion and protect it from exposure to dry environments
  • Keeps muscles hydrated and lean for peak performance
  • Can help you to lose weight. EVOO is the healthiest of monounsaturated fats and water helps curb your appetite
  • EVOO boosts your immune system and gives you energy.
