For these reasons, it is vital to your health to drink up to 8 cups of water every day and to have a daily consumption of high phenolic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Keeping hydrated will help the kidneys flush out toxins and keeps the digestive system flowing. Drinking 8 cups of water and consuming 1 tbsp of EVOO will help to reduce the risk of many chronic illnesses, including several forms of cancer.
