Dr. Kaslow’s dietary recommendations are:
Limit sugar, candies, sweets.
Replace canola oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil, margarine with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), organic raw butter or flax oil
Avoid Aspartame (Nutrasweet®, Equal®)
Avoid Gluten and Casein (a milk protein)
