Salmon with Dill Sauce

Try this baked Salmon with Dill Sauce. Accompany with a salad and some brown rice for an awesome home cooked meal that’s good for you!

INGREDIENTS⠀
3/4 cup sour cream⠀
3 tablespoons olive oil, such as Lakonian Legacy⠀
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill⠀
3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped⠀
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard⠀
1 1 1/2-pound salmon fillet⠀
2 garlic cloves, minced⠀
PREPARATION⠀
Whisk sour cream, olive oil, dill, onion and mustard in small bowl to blend. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.⠀
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil baking sheet. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet . Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper; spread with 1/3 cup sauce. ⠀
Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 20 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
